REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.  We will accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged during the shipping process only.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your package to inform us of the damage. The email with the Order Number in the subject header should be sent to woodpeppersauces@gmail.com and must include a picture of the damaged item with the shipping box and label to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the email and verification of the damage, a replacement of the damaged order we will ship out if available. If a replacement of the exact order is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price for the damaged item will be refunded. Shipping cost not included in the refund.
